Riddles water, its structural and information property and the phenomenon of aqua-communication

Celebrating the fifth anniversary in 2004, the editors of the journal "Water and Ecology: problems and solutions" organized the round-table discussion, where members of Saint-Petersburg State medical academy named after I.I.Mechnikov V.I.Slesarev (Doctor of Chemistry, Professor, Head of the chemistry department) and A.V.Shabrov (Academician of RAMS, Rector) presented an original paper "Secrets of water, its structural-informative nature and occurrence of aqua-communication". Water is a spring and basis of all flesh on the Earth. That's why it always attracts the human, wishing to understand what life means. Great Leonardo da Vinci formulated it briefly and exactly: "Life is animate water". Developing this idea, it can be marked that Nature created water at first, and its unique properties allowed later to accept this matter as a basis of beings. A water molecule is simple, at present time its structure and properties were studied thoroughly as experimentally and theoretically. Unfortunately, it can't be said about water as a matter, which originality begins with an ability to exist in three aggregative states at the same time at 0º C – solid (ice), liquid and vaporized. Many unique properties – high temperatures of fluxion and simmering, high thermal capacity, viscosity, dielectric capacitivity, surface-tension and some others – have been explained by science now. But there are some properties, which are warranted by facts and have known to people since ancient times, but science can't explain them yet. Because of it most researchers reject these properties, being guided by well-known but unsubstantiated argument : "It can't be because it never can be." Some time later these people, being under pressure of facts, soften their harsh negation to the appraisal "There is something in it", and after awhile they claim with certainty, "It is quite naturally and it isn't worth wondering".
These "mysterious" properties of water are:
- its ability for action at a distance; - reagentless property and biological function change; - so-called "water memory", i.e. an ability for perception, conservation, transmission and losing of information.
Action at a distance appears in water ability to change its properties under the influence of other water which there is no direct contact with. For example, if you take an enclosed vessel with water, where insoluble minerals flint or schungite were dropped in for adding it bactericidal properties, and you put another enclosed vessel with light water, then it will become bactericidal in 1-3 hours. Reagentless water property change appears in influence of magnetic field, at that resolving ability in reference to salts and rigidity increases, hydrogen index values (pH), surface tension coefficient and some other properties change. Long ago the humanity noticed bactericidal and medical property appearance of water from any reservoirs and even in water pipe-lines in January ( Epiphany water) and at the end of June ( St. John Baptist's Day). Under the influence of a great number of water-insoluble minerals and precious stones water not only changes its taste, but it partly gains bactericidal and medical properties. However healing properties and taste disappears quickly after some interval ( 1 hour or a bit more) in these minerals absence, though its inorganic composition remains much longer. The humanity have been arguing about "water memory" for a long time, at that now most scientists categorically reject this ability in spite of great progress, reached while treating people and animals by homeopathic means. As a result of extremely high dilution of effective agent water solution or its mixture with sugar there is nothing in homeopathic means except water or its inert support (sugar), but nevertheless medicinal effect takes place. At the end of the XX century information about "water memory" appeared in scientific literature: in works by Benveniste [ Benveniste J et al. Human basophil degranulation triggered by very dilute antserum against IgE, Nature. 1988. v.33, p. 816-818], S.V.Zenin [ the book by S.V.Zenin "Water", Moscow, 2002], Y.A.Rachmanin and V.K.Kondratov [the book "Water is a space phenomenon"]. Our article by V.I.Slesarev and A.V.Shabrov "Structural-informative nature of water and occurrence of aqua-communication" was published at the same time ("Mercury" of Saint-Petersburg State medical academy named after I.I.Mechnikov, № 4, 2001, p.135-138). Unfortunately, first of all world scientific community aspires to refute ideas and results of these works or simply not to notice them. At the beginning of the XXI century very obvious and convincing data in favour of "water memory" presence appeared by virtue of photos of frozen water crystals, taken by Japanese researcher under the influence of music, different words, prayer or water infusion of different plants. And though that data isn't scientific evidence in the strict sense, it makes the humanity research this water property once more. All enumerated information about "mysterious" water property made us draw attention that water inclination for distant interaction points to its own intrinsic emission, transmitting and perceiving which, it changes its properties. Reagentless water property change gives evidence about its sensitivity to exposure of external physical fields and emissions of different nature sources. This sort of water sensitivity in liquidity is obviously caused by its structural properties, which active scientific disputes are debating. Water ability for perception, conservation, transmission and losing of information can be explained only with due consideration of structural features and intrinsic emission complex presence of water. At that we need a new approach to understanding of information as one of object fundamental statistical characteristics (in the context of movement structure of particles in it and object movement as a whole). Just from these positions we will begin the exposition of our results.
