Discussing the problem

Celebrating the fifth anniversary in 2004, the editors of the journal "Water and Ecology: problems and solutions" organized the round-table discussion, where members of Saint-Petersburg State medical academy named after I.I.Mechnikov V.I.Slesarev (Doctor of Chemistry, Professor, Head of the chemistry department) and A.V.Shabrov (Academician of RAMS, Rector) presented an original paper "Secrets of water, its structural-informative nature and occurrence of aqua-communication".
