The editors are preparing for the Round-table discussion on the theme "Water and New Energy". In November, 2004 the journal editors held the Round-table conference on the theme "Water mystery and the effect of aqua-communication". Soon after the Round-table conference the main speaker V.I.Slesarev, Doctor of Chemistry, and Rector of Saint-Petersburg Medical Academy named after Mechnikov A.V.Shabrov got certificates about the discovery of the effect of communication, which is directly concerned with water structure.

The theme of the next Round-table conference is concerned with water structuring methods and effects of production of so-called "free-energy", which are at variance with well-Known laws of motion and thermodynamics.
